Use a drop of Silk Vegan Gel Activator and mix with any Silk Argan Eye Shimmer, Glitter Dust or Shadow to create a new gel-formula that can be used as a liquid eye liner. Use to also create a stunning ‘wet look’ or metallic finish. This gel does not contain alcohol, sting eyes or evaporate.

Just a drop or two of Silk Vegan Gel Activator turns any Silk Eye Shimmer or Shadow into a coloured liquid eyeliner. Can also be mixed to create an all over ‘wet look’ eye shimmer/shadow finish. Use the lid of your Eye Shimmer to mix gel with shimmer, alternatively you can use a make-up mixing palette or the back of your hand.

BEST GEL ACTIVATOR MADE! I have used many gel activators in the past and they all were too runny and leaked - Silk's activator is a GEL so it doesn't have this problem. It drys quickly and holds without spreading any go the glitter or shimmers added to it any where. Definitely recommend. Ive stocked up on this one <3

-no more issues with glitter moving on your eye add glitter to this Gel Activator for solid eye Super sparkle or as Awesome eyeliner
-add Shimmers to this Gel Activator to create a beautiful metallic wet look or eyeliner it inhances shimmer colours too
-it doesn't evaporate it doesn't have Alcohol ....
